Easy-to-install simple inspection door
This is a lightweight inspection door that has been made thinner than the inspection openings of insulated panel types. The 【DF20-S】 is a lightweight inspection opening with a thinner hatch compared to aluminum flush doors like DR. The frame is designed with wings (flanges) to be mounted on metal panels ranging from 40mm to 50mm, allowing for installation without reinforcement. Additionally, the same surface material as the panel can be used, enabling free selection of surface materials according to the room's usage. The opening and closing method is a tightening type, and if used on a wall, a magnetic catch can also be utilized. The 【DF20-T】 is a simple inspection opening with a transparent hatch section of the inspection door DF20. It can be used as a viewing window to monitor the inspection target and can also be opened and closed as an inspection opening. The hatch section can use a 5mm thick resin-based panel, with options for PVC, polycarbonate, and PET (polyethylene terephthalate) materials. The tightening handle is common with the DF20, and if used on a wall, a magnetic catch can also be utilized. It is an excellent solution for smartly handling operational devices that need to be concealed but cannot be easily hidden, such as smoke vent operators and various control panels.

The mounting frame is made of aluminum profile with a wing (flange), allowing installation without reinforcement at the panel opening. You can choose from two types of opening and closing handles, and for wall-mounted applications, a tightening handle can be used in addition to a magnetic catch. There are two types of hatch sections: the "Standard Specification (S Type)" which uses the specified surface material on both sides, and the "Transparent Specification (T Type)" which uses a transparent resin board. ✔ The flange allows for installation without reinforcement if using a metal panel. ✔ The flange can be selected for the front or back side. ✔ The opening and closing mechanism can be chosen from two types (for wall mounting only). ✔ All are custom-made in 1mm increments. ◇ We also create inspection openings ◇ Door-type products can be manufactured as inspection openings while maintaining their appearance and functionality.
