The entrance and exit of a clean room with lowered temperature requires insulated doors. The DIR40, with all frame materials made of synthetic resin, maintains the appearance of an aluminum flush door while reducing condensation phenomena on the door body and outer frame caused by thermal conduction. The interior of the door is a combination of a resin frame and styrene foam, making it very lightweight and capable of handling certain chemicals that metal flush doors cannot accommodate.
