We can produce from one piece. We will create the desired shape without a mold. It will be manufactured by cutting from rubber sheet material.

What is rubber processing? We manufacture rubber products by machining existing rubber sheets. Therefore, we can produce from a single piece with a short lead time. We can also accommodate larger products through adhesive processing. We support everything from material selection and processing method proposals based on design, application, and quantity to manufacturing and product delivery. Please feel free to contact us. Advantages: - No molds required. - Processing is possible in small lots. - A wide variety of rubber sheets available. - Cost-effective and economical. - Short lead times. Disadvantages: - There are shapes and materials that cannot be manufactured. - Soft materials may not be processable. - Precision may not match that of press molding. - Some shapes may not be suitable for mass production. Production process: Please provide us with the material, drawings, quantity, and load on the rubber from the customer.
