The Lechler GmbH two-fluid micro-spray nozzle uses a precise amount of air to achieve high-precision spraying. Utilizing air pressure for spraying, it can also be used for spraying high-viscosity liquids. The liquid delivery system of the two-fluid micro-spray nozzle has three types: ○ Siphon type ○ Gravity type ○ Pressure (pressurized) type These methods of liquid delivery are enhanced manually or automatically according to the required particle size. The spray shapes include flat (fan-shaped), wide-angle full cone (full surface type), and narrow-angle full cone (full surface type). *Lechler GmbH is a German spray nozzle manufacturer.

Siphon Type Utilizes the suction force generated by the amount of air passing through the nozzle to draw liquid from the tank to the nozzle. By changing the height of the suction, it is possible to alter the flow of liquid and the size of the particle diameter. This supply method is typically used to finely atomize very small amounts of liquid. Gravity Type Uses gravity to send liquid flow from a high tank to the nozzle. Uniform performance is achieved by maintaining a constant distance between the height of the liquid and the nozzle. Changes in this distance result in variations in flow rate and particle diameter. Pressure (Pressurized) Type Supplies liquid flow to the nozzle based on pressure. The solenoid valve regulates pressure to achieve various performances. The particle diameter and flow rate are larger compared to the other two types of liquid supply methods, and they depend on the liquid in relation to air consumption. Two-Fluid Internal Mixing involves the collision and mixing of air and liquid within the nozzle. It is ideal for use with low-viscosity liquids with few impurities. Two-Fluid External Mixing atomizes the liquid into a mist through the collision of air and liquid after passing through the nozzle orifice. It is optimal for atomizing high-viscosity liquids.
