basic information
Differential pressure gauge using two Bourdon tubes to measure pressure differences at two locations. 【Features】 ○ Thanks to a unique overpressure prevention mechanism, there is no need to worry about instrument damage due to overpressure caused by improper operation of the bypass valve (equalizing valve), which was previously essential, allowing for safe use. ○ Depending on the usage conditions of the specified fluid, it is also possible to manufacture parts in SUS type or isolation diaphragm type. ○ Two types of cases are available: indoor type with a flange and outdoor type with dustproof and drip-proof structure. ○ As a special specification, it can also be used as a flow meter for indicating the liquid level of a sealed tank or for flow rate conversion using a conversion scale. ○ Size: φ150/φ200 ○ Shape: DPGN type (wall-mounted), DPGD type (embedded) ○ Standard operating reference pressure ranges from 0 to 0.1 MPa to 0 to 8 MPa (for liquid-contact SUS specifications, standard up to 3.5 MPa). ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

The Wright brothers first took to the skies, fulfilling humanity's dream of flight, about a century ago in 1903. Six years later, in 1909, our founder, Kyuemon Kobata, established Kobata Instrument Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in the Utsubo area of Nishi Ward, Osaka. He anticipated the wave of industrialization that would follow and focused on the Bourdon tube pressure gauge, which at the time had few domestic manufacturers and relied heavily on imports. He conducted extensive research and successfully applied the techniques from his family's hardware manufacturing business to produce Bourdon tubes. In 2009, we celebrated our 100th anniversary, during which time we have produced pressure gauges under the "Anchor Mark" brand, gaining popularity in various industries, including shipbuilding. Since then, we have developed and manufactured numerous control devices, including pressure switches with unique mechanisms that utilize pressure measurement technology. Today, we handle a wide range of measurement and control devices, including pressure, differential pressure, liquid level, temperature, and flow, and we continue to strive day and night to be a company that can broadly assist everyone with their measurement and control needs.
