Diaphragm pressure gauge with selectable connection parts and materials tailored to the application.
This is a pressure gauge that features a diaphragm between the fluid to be measured and the Bourdon tube pressure gauge, filling the space between the pressure receiving part and the Bourdon tube element with a filling liquid to serve as a medium for pressure transmission. The materials for the connection parts and diaphragm can be selected according to the application, making it suitable for measuring corrosive fluids, highly viscous fluids, and solidifying fluids, among others.

basic information
This is a pressure gauge that features a diaphragm between the fluid to be measured and a Bourdon tube pressure gauge, filling the space between the pressure-receiving part and the Bourdon tube element with a filling liquid to serve as the pressure transmission medium. The materials for the connection parts and diaphragm can be selected according to the application, making it suitable for measuring corrosive fluids, highly viscous fluids, and solidifying fluids. There are two types of mounting methods: screw type (MZS-1) and flange type (MZF-1, MZF-3). ≪Features≫ ◆ Suitable for measuring fluids with high viscosity and solidifying properties. ◆ Special corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, tantalum, and Teflon can be used for the diaphragm material. ◆ The flange mounting surface of the diaphragm is completely sealed with a liquid gasket, and the diaphragm housing consists of a double flange structure. ◆ If cleaning of the diaphragm pressure-receiving part is required, a three-flange structure with a stop flange tightening can be used, allowing the lower flange to be removed for cleaning the diaphragm pressure-receiving part. ◆ It is possible to manufacture a remote measurement system by connecting the pressure-receiving part and the indicator with a flexible tube (up to a distance of 20 meters). ◆ The zero adjustment needle is standard, making it easy to correct errors due to temperature and other factors. ◆ The indicator case uses a resin frame with a screw cap type drip-proof structure.

The Wright brothers first took to the skies, fulfilling humanity's dream of flight, about a century ago in 1903. Six years later, in 1909, our founder, Kyuemon Kobata, established Kobata Instrument Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in the Utsubo area of Nishi Ward, Osaka. He anticipated the wave of industrialization that would follow and focused on the Bourdon tube pressure gauge, which at the time had few domestic manufacturers and relied heavily on imports. He conducted extensive research and successfully applied the techniques from his family's hardware manufacturing business to produce Bourdon tubes. In 2009, we celebrated our 100th anniversary, during which time we have produced pressure gauges under the "Anchor Mark" brand, gaining popularity in various industries, including shipbuilding. Since then, we have developed and manufactured numerous control devices, including pressure switches with unique mechanisms that utilize pressure measurement technology. Today, we handle a wide range of measurement and control devices, including pressure, differential pressure, liquid level, temperature, and flow, and we continue to strive day and night to be a company that can broadly assist everyone with their measurement and control needs.
