The device "SalaFine," produced by Takumina, a leading company in precision pumps, generates "SalaFine Water," which effectively eliminates spore-forming bacteria. The highly disinfecting "SalaFine Water" is effective not only for disinfecting food ingredients, cooking utensils, and manufacturing equipment but also for virus prevention. Additionally, it excels in safety and usability, allowing for easy use with the same convenience as tap water. SalaFine controls sodium hypochlorite water to a weakly acidic pH using its unique pH control technology. By lowering the chlorine concentration, it prevents chlorine odor and preserves the freshness and nutrients of food ingredients, demonstrating a maximum production capacity of 2400L/h. It also accommodates advanced operations. Moreover, the adoption of a new mixing method (reactor) prevents the generation of chlorine gas. Additionally, it continuously checks whether both liquids are being injected correctly.
