This is a story from the early development of this equipment. We were manufacturing injection-molded products, but due to cost reduction, we received inquiries from customers who wanted to minimize the amount of resin injected as much as possible. During our discussions, they expressed a desire to keep costs down within their budget. Upon hearing the details, we learned that the defects were related to short shots, occurring specifically at the farthest point from the resin injection point of the injection-molded products. In this case, there was no need to move or rotate the workpiece, and the workpiece shape was relatively simple with few curves, making detection easy. However, we needed to keep costs down, and our internal staff and stakeholders worked hard to reduce the number of parts and labor hours, leading to challenging days. But when the customer came to witness the completed equipment and said, "I didn't expect such a good product to be made," I felt that all our efforts had been rewarded. Seeing the smiles of satisfied customers at that moment made me determined to spread this equipment even further.
