The Retriever is a system that allows you to monitor conversations on an operator's phone using your current telephone equipment and computer, connected to a management PC via LAN. In addition to monitoring the operator's conversations (voice), it can also monitor the computer screen. It comes with an adapter that can be attached to most telephones, making it widely applicable and usable even in telephone environments that do not have monitoring capabilities.
