Experimental machine for injecting electrolyte into small lithium-ion batteries such as cylindrical 18650 and prismatic types. Injection time can be shortened by injecting under vacuum and pressure. Accurate injection is possible with a plunger pump system. Injection profiles can be freely set. Designed with maintenance in mind. Based on the results from the experimental machine, fully customized automated machines will be produced. Overview of the testing machine: 1. Capacity: 7 mL, dispensing 5 times 2. Vacuum level: -95 kPa and below 3. Pressure: 0.5 MPa Various options are available as needed.
