Easily dispense low-viscosity liquids of various types! A dispenser with a simple structure.
The "TOM.1000" is a tube-type dispenser that utilizes a unique rotor mechanism to prevent material hardening and liquid dripping after discharge. It can dispense low-viscosity liquids, including strong acids and strong alkalis, making it particularly suitable for anaerobic adhesives such as cyanoacrylate instant adhesives. Additionally, it has a proven track record of use with inks, adhesives, oils, and solvents. It can be used with either Teflon or silicone tubes, allowing for precise dispensing and supply of various liquids. 【Features】 ■ The rotor's rotation speed can be freely set from 0 to 100 RPM. ■ The discharge volume per shot can be easily adjusted based on the speed control settings. ■ Our unique special rotor mechanism significantly extends the lifespan of the tube. ■ A smart and compact nozzle holder enables reliable application work. ■ The discharged liquid does not come into contact with the inner wall of the tube, allowing for liquid changes and maintenance simply by replacing the tube. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
