Additionally, we are manufacturing sheath heaters that incorporate all of these features, resulting in a lifespan extension from three months to over one year for previously corroded heaters (compared to our previous models). The sheath heater, which had corroded and broken after three months, has been in use for over 1.5 years after changing the sheath material and applying a coating to the sheath. By using multiple sheath tubes (not just layering them but also reducing the diameter for better adhesion), it is still in use even after two years. (This is not a guaranteed value.)
