This is a polishing machine suitable for sample grinding, tissue observation, and cross-section inspection, among other applications. Its versatility is enhanced when combined with the FORCIMAT head.

You can choose between a single-axis and dual-axis polishing stage. ■FORCIMAT By connecting to FORCIPOL, it can be used as an automatic polishing machine. If you only need individual loading, please choose FORCIMAT-52. If you also need to use overall loading, please choose FORCIMAT-102. ■DOSIMAT It can automatically supply polishing materials and lubricants. By accurately controlling the drop amount, the reproducibility of difficult buff polishing is improved. <Features> ● The base unit FORCIPOL has a stable chassis design that allows for precise polishing. ● The head unit FORCIMAT offers a wide variety of sample holders and options. Custom manufacturing is also possible. ● The head can move laterally, so it does not interfere during manual polishing when moved outside the base. ● The automatic feeder DOSIMAT can manage the precise drop amount through program control. ● It is also possible to retrofit and change the specifications to an automatic machine.

Custom holders can also be created. ● An automatic feeder (Dojimat) can be connected. It can automatically supply up to six types of lubricants and polishing materials to the polishing disc. ● We will propose specifications and options tailored to your intended use and application. ● If there is no water supply and drainage system, or if you cannot drain polishing debris, polishing materials, or lubricants, we also have a water circulation filter unit (ENVIRO), so please consult with us. ● Covers can also be made. ● 100/200V options are available. *For more details, please request information.

In recent years, the performance of analytical instruments has improved, allowing for more precise analyses. However, as the accuracy of analysis increases, the results can vary significantly based on the quality of the pre-treatment process. For example, even if there is a top-spec microscope, poor pre-treatment due to contamination, loss, or uneven polishing will result in low analytical accuracy. Conversely, even a lower-spec microscope can yield high-precision analysis results if the polishing is done well. Pre-treatment equipment is often postponed in capital investment, but the results of the pre-treatment process become more critical as higher analytical accuracy is sought.
