We offer a compact model that processes 1 ton per hour to a large-capacity model that can handle up to 3,000 tons of wastewater per hour. Additionally, this sand separator is designed to be very compact relative to its flow rate, so it does not take up much space. The operation is simple; just pump water into the device, and no special maintenance is required other than discharging the accumulated solids. The separation performance can achieve approximately 98% separation for materials with a specific gravity of 2.6 and above 75 microns, allowing for the effective removal of general sand without any issues. This sand separator is also known as a Laval separator and is widely used around the world not only for sand removal but also for removing solids from cooling water and coolant liquids.
