Ball cleaning (Ball-type heat exchanger automatic cleaning device (XAC))
Frontier Technology XAC (ZAC)
This is a device that continuously cleans the inside of heat exchanger tubes using sponge balls. How about it for "energy-saving" measures?
By regularly passing a sponge ball through the small tubes of a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, continuous physical cleaning is achieved. The dedicated sponge ball cleans the inside of the heat exchanger tubes physically during operation every day, eliminating the need for regular cleaning. When the heat exchanger is always clean, there are several benefits: ◎ Prevention of efficiency decline due to dirt → Significant energy savings are possible. ◎ No need for regular cleaning → Maintenance costs can be reduced. ◎ Only the replacement of the natural rubber sponge ball is necessary → The running costs are minimal and non-chemical.

Company information
The costs of electricity and gas for air conditioning are becoming a significant issue. No matter how efficient a refrigeration unit is, if the heat exchanger is dirty, its performance can be halved. Even with regular brush cleaning, much of the operating period may be spent in a dirty state, leading to increased maintenance costs. For those who have not encountered a method to "keep the heat exchanger clean," I hope to share a way to maintain the heat exchanger in a clean state without incurring high costs for water treatment, without needing to perform brush cleaning once a year, and without requiring chemical cleaning every few years.
