We can remove dioxins from the leachate of the final disposal site that exceeds environmental standards and bring it below the discharge standards.
The leachate from the final disposal site contains a high amount of unburned carbon derived from organic matter and incineration ash, and often does not lose color even after the addition of coagulants. In such cases, the concentration of dioxins does not significantly decrease. As a countermeasure, the Fe-DS system is effective. By using a combination of ferrous iron, caustic soda, and Ultra Separate S-DS for coagulation, very clear treated water can be obtained. This treated water has a neutral pH and can meet the environmental standards for dioxins, including the river discharge standards. In examples of dioxin wastewater treatment, the concentration of dioxins can be reduced from 30 pg-TEQ/L to below 1 pg-TEQ/L after treatment.

basic information
Even with just the dioxin removal coagulant Ultra Separate S-DS, the dioxin concentration in wastewater can be reduced from 20,000 pg-TEQ/L to 0.93 pg-TEQ/L, achieving a dioxin removal rate of 99.9955 or lower. However, for dioxin-containing wastewater that includes organic matter, using ferric chloride in combination is more efficient for dioxin removal.

Applications/Examples of results
The Fe-DS system has a proven track record in leachate treatment at final disposal sites in Kyushu and wastewater treatment for incinerator dismantling projects. The Fe-DS system is used from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south. One of the advantages of this system is that the existing coagulation sedimentation tanks can be utilized simply by changing the coagulant.
Company information
Our company is small, but we have applied for patents for electric dust collectors and sludge solidification treatment devices. Currently, we are providing environmental purification technology consulting based on cutting-edge environmental purification technology, as well as developing and planning environmental purification devices. We have developed and are selling environmental purification products such as the dioxin removal coagulant Ultra Separate SDS, the heavy metal removal coagulant Ultra Separate S300, and the turbidity coagulant Ultra Separate MC, which is effective for a wide range of applications from organic wastewater to the purification of lake water quality. We are also currently selling a dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device that can convert waste gypsum boards after crushing and separation into recyclable raw materials. We are developing solidifying agents for soil conditioners, high-moisture sludge, and sludge containing heavy metals, utilizing the semi-hydrated gypsum produced from the dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device, and we plan to sell these as well. We intend to continue developing products and goods based on environmental purification technology in the future.
