Breaking away from reliance on new construction. A simulator to strengthen exterior wall proposals for past clients.

As the new construction market shrinks, proposing exterior renovations to existing customers is urgent. Instantly create a completed image from inspection photos to secure a new source of revenue.

■ To construction companies and builders who feel a sense of crisis over the shrinking new construction market As the number of new housing starts continues to decline, the importance of proposing "renovations and maintenance to existing customers (previous clients)" as a new source of revenue is increasing. However, in a system primarily focused on new construction sales, there tends to be a lack of proposal know-how specific to renovations. ■ Create a specific repainting image from just one inspection photo "Realimlight" is a dedicated software that allows you to quickly create images of what the exterior walls and roof will look like after renovation by simply incorporating current photos of the building taken during regular inspections. It can be easily operated even by staff without specialized knowledge. ■ Visually encourage "it's time for maintenance" The created data can be shared via the cloud on smartphones and tablets. By visually showing "how our home will look beautiful" rather than just "words or color samples," it draws out the client's willingness to maintain and leads to smooth orders. ■ Standard features include paint data and printing functions Equipped with Nippon Paint's palette, exterior material data, and color correction functions.
