"IW-Station" is a PC package for small and medium-sized enterprises and individual business owners, featuring a pre-configured used Windows 11 PC with the Cyber Jizo and video streaming and monitoring applications installed. It allows for a smooth transition from Windows 10, which has reached its end of support, and enables the simultaneous start of video monitoring and recording in the workplace. All plans allow for the connection of up to four USB cameras, enabling users to monitor situations at reception areas, entrances, factory floors, and parking or bicycle areas within office premises via smartphones or PCs. It can be used within a LAN. Network settings are required for remote viewing. Video is recorded in JPG format at one frame per second and saved as MP4 files every hour. The converted JPG files are automatically deleted, and the MP4 files are automatically overwritten after three months by default. Users can change the storage duration. The system supports detection and framing of people, vehicles, bicycles, and motorcycles. Smartphone notifications, sounds, and lights are available as options. Three plans are available based on usage and budget. Customers are responsible for providing cameras, installation, wiring, and configuration during use. A web guide is available, and paid online explanations are also offered.

■Usage Examples For checking the situation at the reception, entrances and exits, and around the cash register in stores and offices. In factories and workspaces, it can be used to check and record the status of work, material storage areas, and loading entrances. In parking and bicycle parking areas, garbage disposal sites, and service entrances of business establishments, it supports the confirmation of unauthorized parking, bicycle parking, illegal dumping, and suspected intrusions. The legality is determined by the user. All plans allow for the connection of up to 4 USB cameras, with video viewable on smartphones and PCs. Network settings are required for remote viewing. The preparation, installation, wiring, and operation of the cameras are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the conditions for outdoor use regarding equipment and USB wiring. ■Usage Record For several years, post offices have been using surveillance camera footage displayed on 4 screens, recording images every second. In this operation, conversion to MP4 is not performed. The current sales package supports recording JPG images every second in addition to saving MP4 files every hour. After saving to MP4, the original JPG files are automatically deleted, and videos are automatically overwritten after 3 months. The storage period can be changed by the user.
