Adopting D-Link products for the core network of the headquarters building, upgrading communication for wireless access points to 2.5 gigabit multi-gig.
Hibiya Kadan replaced its existing third-party switches in the core network of its headquarters building with D-Link products, as the maintenance period for the old switches had expired. To maintain security through MAC authentication while accommodating the increased traffic since the COVID-19 pandemic, they adopted the L3 switch "DXS-3410-32XY" for the core switch and the PoE+ compatible "DGS-1520-52MP" for the floor switches. The configuration was updated to enhance communication for wireless access points to 2.5 gigabit multi-gigabit. <POINT> 1.
