Ground reinforcement work | Providing reliable guarantees with the CWC method and a unified system with Geotech.
Ground reinforcement work
The Cross-Wing Column Method visualizes the quality of ground reinforcement work. We promise long-term guarantees through digital tracking of all installation data and a consistent system from Geotech.
To gain long-term trust in ground reinforcement work, it is essential to visualize construction quality and have a robust construction management system in place. The Cross Wing Column Method (CWC Method) proposed by Geotech Co., Ltd. is a deep mixing treatment method that combines excellent mixing performance from its patented six-blade mixing wings with strict data traceability. During construction, a dedicated construction management device is used to measure and record values such as penetration speed, rotation torque, and placement depth in real-time, ensuring thorough visualization of all construction data. This allows for objective proof of achieving the designed bearing capacity and forming high-quality columns. Furthermore, at Geotech, skilled management engineers certified within the company oversee the site under our unique Quality Management System (QMS), fundamentally preventing the occurrence of non-conformities. The construction records after completion are completely preserved and managed, facilitating smooth application of ground warranty insurance and providing clients with lifelong peace of mind. basic information
The management specifications for the CWC method are applicable to sandy soil, clayey soil, and loam layers. With standard specifications for column diameters ranging from φ400mm to φ1200mm, design strength criteria of 400 to 1500 kN/m², and a maximum improvement length of 22m (12m for small-scale), real-time monitoring is conducted using construction management devices. The number of blade cuts (450 to 550 cuts/m or more) and the lifting speed (1.5m/min or less) are automatically recorded for all units. We have obtained GBRC performance certification (No. 12-17, Revision 1), ensuring high traceability and quality maintenance under complete data management.
