In small and micro enterprises, even if there are consultations about wanting to "improve operational efficiency," "introduce AI," or "start a new business," the underlying issues, objectives, requirements, and constraints may not be sufficiently organized. HCDTF is an AI problem and requirement design support system that structures the background, objectives, challenges, requirements, constraints, and missing information through dialogue with managers and on-site personnel, organizing the design conditions necessary for exploring solutions. It does not simply propose solutions but clarifies why it is necessary to address the issue, what should be achieved, and what needs to be verified. [Main Support Content] - Organization of background, motivation, and objectives - Distinction between current issues and root challenges - Clarification of requirements and constraints - Extraction of missing information and verification items - Organization of hypothetical KPIs and evaluation criteria - Support for creating requirement documents aimed at design, development, and business improvement With a view to collaborating with the information infrastructure MDF and management decision support BizPrep, we are building a system that consistently supports the discovery of management issues through to the design and evaluation of solutions. Even in small and medium-sized enterprises where it is difficult to have dedicated planning and design personnel, we aim to organize issues and clarify what should be decided next.
