In small and micro enterprises, customer information, emails, estimates, drawings, and business records are often scattered across multiple locations, making it difficult to search for necessary information or leverage past experiences for future work. MDF is an information infrastructure that organizes and integrates such information, allowing it to be searched and reused while maintaining sources and relationships. AlcheLivrA combines MDF with the management decision support system BizPrep to provide a framework for utilizing accumulated information in organizing management issues and making decisions. Target: Small and micro enterprises with one-person operations up to about 100 employees, particularly in the manufacturing sector where information management and sales/estimation tasks are handled by a small number of people. We support gradual information organization and utilization while making use of existing emails, spreadsheets, and business documents.
