"ONLINE FACE" is designed to separate the accommodation verification results from the original identification documents. Identification documents are not retained.
ONLINE FACE is an identity verification solution that can be used during the reservation and registration process for accommodation services. When users upload a government-issued ID such as a driver's license, it automatically matches the face photo, name, date of birth, and other registered information. After the identity verification is successfully completed, the original image of the identification document used for verification is automatically deleted and not retained. It balances strict identity verification with the minimization of personal information retention and leakage risks. The design separates the results of the identity verification from the original images of the government-issued ID.
