We will define task dependencies to create business processes that do not stop even when the person in charge changes.
Flowt is a cloud-based business process management system that centrally manages everything from routine internal tasks to project work. It allows for flexible design tailored to the flow of various tasks, such as daily closing processes, end-of-month billing, and ad-hoc individual responses. One of its key features is the ability to define task dependencies. This means that the rules of business, such as not being able to proceed to the next step until the previous one is completed, can be represented within the system, enabling operations that do not rely on procedure manuals or the memory of veteran staff. Progress can be monitored through three views: Kanban, List, and Timeline (Gantt Chart), accommodating both the perspective of the responsible person and that of the manager.

Applications/Examples of results
■Back Office Department Companies that want to manage daily/monthly tasks in accounting, general affairs, and human resources as business processes rather than checklists. ■Construction Management and Quality Control Department Standardization of tasks with established procedures and approvals, such as inspection records and corrective actions. ■Operations and Maintenance Department A team where routine tasks and emergency responses are mixed. Both can be handled within the same framework. ■For those facing these challenges: - Routine tasks are personalized, causing work to stop when the responsible person is absent. - The overall progress of the team is not visible, leading to delays being noticed too late. - There is no understanding of how much man-hours are spent on each task. - Procedures are rewritten every time there is a handover.
