Racks is a cloud-based inventory management system designed for rental services and internal asset management. Its three-tier structure, consisting of "products," "specifications (SKU variations such as color and size)," and "inventory (actual items in the warehouse)," enables flexible information management tailored to the realities of the field. Since individual QR codes can be issued for each inventory item, processes such as lending, returning, registering, and disposing can be completed simply by scanning with a smartphone or tablet. The history of actions is automatically recorded along with the user who performed them, allowing for tracking of when, who, and which items were moved later on. It also supports inventory synchronization with external e-commerce sites such as Rakuten Market and EC-CUBE.
