Rolle treats work hours, required personnel, and workload for each manufacturing process as numerical data, allowing anyone to create high-quality shifts in a short time. After automatic creation, shifts can be intuitively fine-tuned with drag and drop, and the accuracy improves daily by learning from the adjustments made.
