Decompression ultrasonic cleaning, two-stage immersion cleaning, and steam cleaning. By using fully automatic processes, we perform coarse cleaning by replacing the cleaning agent and finish with two stages of immersion cleaning. After the finishing cleaning, a steam rinse is conducted to achieve high cleaning performance. Heating of the cleaning tank and vacuum drying. In addition to low-boiling point drying under reduced pressure, heating the cleaning tank achieves high drying performance. This is ideal for parts with deep blind holes, sintered components, and parts with fitting areas. Rotating basket (optional). Using a rotating basket allows for further improvement in cleaning and drying performance. Liquid circulation system The dirt removed in the cleaning tank is separated and dissolved in the liquid, and sent to the storage tank along with the cleaning agent. The liquid from the first storage tank is sent to the distillation tank, where it is separated by distillation into dirt and cleaning agent. The regenerated cleaning agent from the distillation process is supplied to the second storage tank. The first storage tank is supplied by the overflow from the second storage tank. In the distillation tank where dirt is concentrated, waste liquid treatment is carried out regularly.
