Process Design The transportation method can be selected according to the application, including net conveyors, basket transport, hoop transport, etc. Control can be designed to accommodate everything from manual machines to fully automated systems. It is also possible to implement the minimum necessary automation (semi-automation) according to the budget. We will flexibly respond to recipe settings and control between preceding and following processes. Auxiliary equipment can be selected according to the process, including water drainage and dewatering, vacuum drying, vapor drying, concentration, filtration, distillation regeneration, and pure water production and regeneration. We will design processes aimed at reducing operational costs, such as the consumption efficiency of cleaning agents and electricity consumption, while meeting the required cleaning precision.
