World's first freeze granulator using a closed cycle system.
This is our latest generation freeze granulator (patented), the world's first closed-cycle system that can be scaled up. It adopts a dry cooling method that is free of liquid nitrogen, utilizing a unique high-efficiency cooling unit. By not using liquid nitrogen, it is possible to significantly reduce operational costs. The droplets that are atomized are frozen while suspended in the airflow by coming into contact with a low-temperature gas stream that is continuously supplied within the freeze granulator process. The frozen material is collected by the lower part of the freezing chamber or by a cyclone. By increasing the size of the collection container, it is possible to produce a large amount of frozen material at once. The collected frozen material is freeze-dried by the freeze dryer RHEOFREED. By connecting multiple freeze dryers to the freeze granulator and automatically switching connections, it is possible to achieve production that is close to continuous (semi-continuous production process).
