An inappropriate water-cement ratio can lead to a decline in product quality and rework in the process. Our product, 'SONO HUB,' supports manufacturing management by rapidly and accurately measuring the water-cement ratio on-site using innovative TRIME radar technology. The configuration of 'SONO HUB' consists of (1) a portable measuring device that displays measurement results and (2) a shovel-shaped measuring probe. Furthermore, by utilizing the measured data through a web application (cloud application), it is possible to visualize, analyze, and create reports on the data.
