In the definition of "strategy" in management, a state where the allocation of management resources has been determined can be said to be a state where the strategy has been decided. "Allocation" can be quantified or expressed as a ratio. For example, it involves determining how to set the sales composition ratios for multiple business units, product groups, or customer target segments, deciding on the "direct-indirect ratio" of personnel, and determining how much of the available funds to invest in what. These decisions cannot be made without strategic decision-making. When focusing on sales, it becomes "quantity" × "unit price." Even in generating sales, the strategy is reflected. What to prioritize is precisely a strategic issue. If the results yield the same sales, it does not mean that it is acceptable to earn through quantity or unit price interchangeably. 1T4M = which technology (unique technology) is introduced to which market, who (man) manages it, and how much money (business results) it generates is the "strategy." How was that? Simply pushing a business forward blindly will not yield results. Having a "purpose" and thinking about the "strategy" to achieve it leads to success. Next time, I will discuss "cost reduction through product contribution analysis."
