Local pressure boosting enables the reduction of the set pressure for the supply compressor. This achieves energy savings and improves energy unit consumption. Energy-saving effects from reducing factory air pressure Lowering the compressor discharge pressure from 0.7MPa to 0.5MPa reduces theoretical power by approximately 18%. Features: 3.7/7.5/11kW silent type - Further energy savings with high output, significantly contributing to factory energy efficiency. The 11kW booster baby compressor has a discharge air volume equivalent to a 37kW class compressor (4,250L/min) with atmospheric intake. - Standard equipped with suction pressure detection stop function It detects suction pressure and automatically stops when the suction pressure drops (suction air supply stops), preventing unnecessary operation. - Discharge pressure can be set arbitrarily Standard equipped with a pressure switch that allows arbitrary setting of the control pressure for ON-OFF operation*1 (adjustable by screw).
