Realizing a 10-year effect: A termite control method that can be applied to insulated homes, air cycle homes, low-floor homes, and more.
We provide various termite prevention methods tailored to different housing structures (such as slab foundations, areas that cannot be accessed from below, and those without human access), uses (stores, apartments, multi-family housing), and resident circumstances (those who do not want chemicals applied, chemically sensitive individuals). We respond to various inquiries regarding termite prevention for "custom homes" from construction companies, design offices, and builders. With the promotion of ZEH (Net Zero Energy House), foundation insulation methods are becoming widespread. Foundation insulation considers the crawl space as part of the living area, making chemical application in the crawl space unsuitable. Additionally, with the establishment of foundation insulation methods and the diversification of foundation structures (such as slab-on-grade and SRC foundations), there may be owners who hesitate to apply chemicals in the crawl space. Furthermore, we have established a licensing system for pest control contractors to maintain reliable construction quality! 【Q&A】 ■Q. Can termites be prevented with treatment only around the exterior? A. If it is a slab foundation structure, treatment around the exterior can be sufficient. ■Q. Is it safe for people sensitive to chemicals? A. Since we do not apply chemicals in the crawl space and cover the treated areas, there is no contact with the chemicals. Additionally, unpleasant odors from the crawl space do not enter the living areas.

basic information
"DominoZone" is a groundbreaking method that forms a chemical treatment layer around the exterior of a building, unlike traditional termite control (applying termite prevention chemicals under residential floors). 【Other Q&A】 ■Q. Why don’t you apply chemicals under the floor? A. In houses with a slab foundation, damage from termite intrusion is more pronounced from the exterior rather than directly beneath the house. It is not always necessary to apply chemicals under the floor. Methods such as foundation packing, structures that do not allow access under the floor (houses without crawl spaces), exterior and interior foundation insulation methods, concrete slabs, air circulation-type houses, and apartments (where unspecified individuals move in and out) are not suitable for under-floor spraying.
