Demand monitoring device with two-stage alarm to prevent exceeding contracted power.
It captures the electric energy pulse signals from the reference meter (integrated electric power meter), calculates the 30-minute demand to monitor that it does not exceed the contracted power, and outputs alarm signals (two-stage alarms for caution power and limit power). - A dedicated CT is clamped to the reference meter to directly detect 50,000 pulses/kWh (no pulse detector is needed). - If using a pulse detector (converter) to extend the pulse distribution or wiring distance, it can also capture pulse output from the converter (voltage-free pulse or open collector) at 50,000 pulses/kWh. - It can be used as a standalone unit, but it supports H-NET communication, allowing data transmission to upper devices (DE-SWA) for display on the demand monitoring screen and for report management.
