The dust dispersion prediction system "TOBASAN" is a support system that predicts the amount and direction of dust dispersion caused by demolition work and other activities based on high-precision weather data, using a 10-meter mesh. It helps prevent dust inhalation accidents at the site. By simply specifying the type of work (22 types) being performed at the site, it predicts where the dust will reach every hour. It visualizes hazardous areas through maps and numerical tables, with information updated twice a day, in the morning and afternoon. By capturing the flow of dust in advance, it supports effective inhalation prevention and watering measures according to wind direction. [How to Use] Enter the site-specific ID and password at the designated URL to log in to the dedicated site. It can be accessed using a tablet or PC browser. There are no restrictions on the number of users viewing the site, so individuals other than those belonging to the site, such as headquarters staff or watering personnel, can also access it.

●Forecasting Method Utilizing real-time weather forecasts from KIYOMASA PRO, we make use of meteorological data related to dust dispersion, such as wind direction, wind speed, precipitation, and humidity. Considering factors like atmospheric stability and soil moisture, we estimate how far dust would disperse if no watering were done, based on predictive formulas outlined in "Technical Methods for Road Environmental Impact Assessment, 2007 Revised Edition, Volume 2." The results are displayed every hour in four categories: "Extremely High," "High," "Somewhat High," and "Low," using a 10m mesh grid. ●Dust dispersion amount and direction from a single dust generation point are provided twice a day, in the morning and afternoon. *The update time can be set to any time at the site.
