Hitachi GLS Scroll Cooling System R404A for Low Temperature
Hitachi Global Life Solutions
Ultra-low temperature compatible, wide fin pitch type cooling system using scroll refrigeration unit.
Streamlining Design and Construction The necessary cooling equipment for refrigerated and frozen storage is systematized by combining various components, allowing for selection based on specific applications. Additionally, the high fin pitch type ultra-low temperature unit cooler incorporates an expansion valve, enabling operation control via a controller, thus eliminating the hassle of on-site parts fabrication and procurement. Ultra-Low Temperature Compatibility The scroll refrigeration units are available in outputs ranging from 7.4 kW (10 horsepower) to 14.8 kW (20 horsepower), and the unit coolers are equipped as standard with a defrost damper (with suction hood) for wide fin pitch type ultra-low temperature applications (including solenoid valve). Operation Control The controller automatically manages operation control, from internal temperature regulation to defrost control.
