Overview TempClean simultaneously achieves workspace cleanliness and comfort. It meets the needs of precision and electronics industries that require cleanliness standards of ISO Class 7 and 8 (formerly U.S. Federal Standards Class 10,000 and 100,000). Consideration for Air Tightness By adopting a filter guide rail, we prevent the peeling of seals when the HEPA filter is installed, ensuring ease of installation and air tightness. Additionally, the structure of the filter holder has been designed with air tightness in mind for the HEPA filter installation area. Ease of Duct Installation We have adopted an upward-blowing duct that makes duct installation easier. We also accommodate orders for conventional front-blowing ducts. Adoption of HEPA Filters The HEPA filter (optional) features a low-pressure loss high-performance HEPA filter with a counting efficiency of 99.97% (0.3μm) as part of our standard lineup.
