Overview Flex Multi for simultaneous heating and cooling compatible with various building air conditioning systems Energy-saving performance through heat recovery operation (during simultaneous heating and cooling operation) In a simultaneous heating and cooling system, the waste heat generated during cooling operation can be reused as heating energy, allowing for a reduction in the power required for the compressor. Particularly during low-load conditions, such as transitional periods, the closer the ratio of cooling to heating capacity approaches 50%:50%, the greater the energy-saving effect. The Flex Multi (simultaneous heating and cooling type) adopts technology aimed at improving operational efficiency during low-load operation, similar to that of the cooling and heating switch type. This has achieved a high efficiency COP of up to 7.8 for the high-efficiency TGX series (model 335) and up to 7.6 for the high-efficiency TSX series (model 450).
