Many companies do not have a management philosophy. There are also quite a few companies where the management philosophy has become merely a formality. In such cases, it is unfortunate for the employees who work there. - How can employees engage positively? It is essential to clearly articulate the management philosophy, establish policies, implement measures, and create a flow of execution, checking, results, and outcomes. What is important at that time is to shift from pessimistic thinking to a positive mindset of "We can do it!" This leads to the thought of "What must we do to achieve results?" This mindset is what we call a "positive way of thinking." It is also crucial to accurately explain the "philosophy and policies" to all employees and ensure their understanding. To achieve this understanding, executives must fully comprehend the concepts themselves, explain them to their subordinates, and have their subordinates create specific action plans aligned with the policies. Since the action plans are created by the employees themselves, they can engage positively. However, if someone makes negative comments, strict checks by executives should be implemented. Instead of getting angry, it is important to encourage them in a way that motivates them. For this reason, it is vital to adopt the mindset of "We can do it! We can achieve it!" and take action. Next time, I will discuss "Company-wide Awareness Reform."
