The 6362D Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA) supports a wide bandwidth of 600nm to 1700nm and is a high-performance optical spectrum analyzer equipped with high resolution, a large dynamic range, and fast scanning capabilities. Accurately evaluates center wavelength, bandwidth, and SMSR. 【Multi-Mode Laser Spectral Analysis】 For multi-longitudinal mode light sources such as FP-LD, it comprehensively evaluates center wavelength and bandwidth using three methods: ndB loss analysis, envelope analysis, and root mean square analysis. 【Analysis of Various Optoelectronic Devices】 Allows for one-click measurement of diverse optical devices such as LEDs, FP-LDs, DFB-LDs, and LD modules, and supports batch processing of all test items.
