Overview The newly improved hoist with enhanced maintenance and convenience significantly contributes to the streamlining, labor-saving, and efficiency of production lines. Increased Lifting Speed The lifting speed features a standard dual-motion system with low-speed/high-speed options to accommodate precision tasks such as mold alignment. Both the lifting speed (low/high) and the traversing speed can be controlled continuously within a range of 1 to 1/10 speed. Additionally, by adopting the "Dual Drive" method, where two reduction gear motors are directly connected to the drum, the lifting speed under light load conditions can be set to twice the rated speed. This balances delicate transport and efficient loading operations. Effective Use of Energy A standard "regenerative converter" is equipped to return power (regenerative energy) that was previously wasted as heat through discharge resistors back to the power supply. By returning the regenerative energy generated during lowering to the factory's power line via electronic circuits, energy can be effectively utilized in other equipment. Standard Load Swing Suppression Function In addition to conventional cushion start and stop, the automatic execution of follow-notch operations reduces load swing (less than 1/4 compared to our inverter hoists). Standard Function for Saving Operating Data to USB This includes the number of starts based on load and operational data.
