Achieving high reliability and long-term stable operation - By adopting Hitachi's unique hybrid electromagnetic operating mechanism, the number of components has been reduced, and by utilizing solid lubrication for all sliding parts, grease-free operation has been achieved, enhancing reliability and safety. - The reduction in the number of components and the grease-free design have improved maintainability, ensuring long-term stable operation. Ensuring both circuit breaker and disconnector functions with a single vacuum switch - Hitachi's unique two-point cut three-position vacuum switch possesses both circuit breaker and disconnector functions, allowing for versatile usage according to application needs. - The dual insulation structure of vacuum and epoxy mold prevents ground faults even in the event of a vacuum leak. - For the sealing of the vacuum switch, proven vacuum brazing technology used in vacuum circuit breakers has been applied to ensure the reliability of the sealing area. Miniaturization By applying vacuum insulation with more than three times the insulation performance compared to SF6 gas at 1 atmosphere, miniaturization of the switchgear has been achieved. Safety - The phase separation structure prevents short-circuit accidents between phases. - Even in the unlikely event of an arc accident occurring within the vacuum container, dangerous gas pressure is mitigated.
