It's great to secure a large contract, but there may not be an environment for continuous large-scale roasting. You may need to prepare several dozen kilograms for an event, or you might want to create a café au lait base but lack the time to roast. In such cases, when you are currently using a small roaster and face capacity challenges, you can utilize our services. We are particularly skilled at handling large orders, and we can accommodate situations where you need to roast up to one ton per month. Our support system is also robust; for example, if a wholesale client who uses our services continuously operates a fully automatic coffee machine, we can have a professional barista create the extraction settings for the machine.

We secured a large order, but we only have a 1kg roaster, so it's impossible to roast hundreds of kilograms a month. We would like you to roast instead. 【Conditions】 We want to deliver 120kg of roasted beans per month. 1 case is 12kg × 10 cases. We consume 15kg of green beans for roasting per 12kg. OEM roasting cost is 1000 yen per kg. Shipping cost is 800 yen per case of 12kg. Green coffee beans are provided by the customer. We will prepare cardboard boxes, coffee bags, and food labeling. If green beans are 1000 yen/kg: (1000 yen × 150kg) + (OEM cost 1000 yen × 150kg) + (shipping 800 yen × 10 cases) + (boxes, bags, labels, etc. totaling 14,000 yen) = 322,000 yen. If sold to wholesalers at 4000 yen: (4000 yen × 120kg) - cost 322,000 yen = profit 158,000 yen. Once created, the process can be automated with just ordering.
