Utilizing high-precision evaluation technology and optimal design technology for amorphous metals*, we have developed an ultra-high-efficiency motor. *Amorphous metal: A type of metal produced through a rapid cooling solidification process, which possesses unique properties compared to conventional crystalline materials. Ultra Premium Efficiency (Equivalent to IE5*) By adopting amorphous metals, we have further reduced iron loss and current loss compared to the existing IE4 class motors, achieving an ultra-high efficiency of 96%. Additionally, we have increased torque by utilizing high permeability characteristics. *The highest level of energy efficiency guidelines for motors currently being discussed in IEC60034-30-2 by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). Space Saving By using amorphous metal in the motor's iron core and adopting an axial gap structure with two rotors, we have achieved space savings without using rare earth magnets by effectively utilizing magnetic force compared to conventional structures. Achieved a 43%* reduction in size compared to conventional machines The amorphous motor is integrated with the compressor body. We have realized a compact, high-efficiency motor with excellent energy-saving performance. *Size comparison with the conventional machine 22kW (SRL-22DMN).
