Excellent tooth shape correction, crowning processing, and meticulous heat treatment are performed. Depending on the model, high-precision "high-performance gears" are used, each finished with state-of-the-art gear honing machines. Furthermore, a unique casing developed through thorough stress analysis ensures excellent durability and high reliability. Adoption of multi-row seal structure (0.75~7.5kW) A wealth of manufacturing experience and rich creativity have led to the creation of superior technology. Conventional grease-lubricated gear motors had one issue: as operating time progressed, metal particles from gear wear mixed into the grease, which over time would pierce between the lip of the oil seal and the motor pinion shaft, causing wear on the shaft and creating gaps.
