Proposal for delicious nursing care food. An automatic cooking system "Dish Cook" that heats ingredients in the dish.
DishCook is a new meal delivery system that heats and cooks ingredients in individual dishes, unlike anything seen before. Utilizing IH technology, it optimally controls the amount, heat level, and cooking time, allowing for the stable provision of "fresh and hot" meals even without specialized cooking staff. In elderly care facilities and nursing homes, securing and training cooking personnel has become a significant challenge. With DishCook, even staff with little cooking experience can provide authentic meals with simple operations, achieving labor reduction in the kitchen and alleviating workload. We offer a variety of nutritionally managed recipes, enabling meal provision tailored to each resident. In Fukui Prefecture, there are already successful implementations in care facilities, and it has been featured in newspapers and media. "We want to improve the quality of meals," "We can't find staff," "We want to reassess kitchen operation costs"—we will work together to find the optimal solutions to these on-site concerns. Please feel free to contact us for demonstrations or estimates as needed.
