A construction method that demonstrates its true value in water, featuring a short construction period and low cost! It can be used in conjunction with the tail arm method.
"Aqua Tail 35・14" is a reinforced soil wall construction method developed for river and bank structures, based on the reliability of the tail arm method, which boasts the highest track record in Japan. For areas affected by river water levels, we use "Aqua Tail 35" with a wall thickness of 350mm, ensuring high durability against collisions and wear from floating debris. Additionally, in areas not affected by water levels, we combine it with "Aqua Tail 14," which has a wall thickness of 140mm, achieving an economical structure while maintaining a sense of unity in the landscape. Moreover, by adopting precast concrete panels, we can reduce labor and shorten construction periods compared to cast-in-place retaining walls. The high permeability of the fill material and the wall structure allow for rapid response to sudden water level fluctuations, and safety has been confirmed through various tests and analyses. This reinforced soil wall construction method is suitable for waterfront environments, achieving shortened construction periods and cost reductions while maintaining high reliability. 【Features】 ■ High stability against flowing water and applicability to salt damage areas ■ Confirmed high safety against collisions with floating debris ■ Sufficient impact resistance of wall panel materials ■ Use of highly permeable "coarse aggregate" for fill materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
