- I-V curve measurement across all regions using an asymmetric bipolar power supply Equipped with an asymmetric bipolar power supply that allows for high-precision control, it can stably acquire a wide range of I-V characteristics. - Delay function for stable measurements By setting a delay time after the source output and measuring when the module characteristics have stabilized, it is possible to obtain highly reliable data. - Four models to choose from based on application (IVCT-150/200/300/500) With a rated output range from 150V/4A to 500V/1.25A, it flexibly accommodates needs from research applications to mass production lines. (*Rated output can be customized) - Detailed measurements possible with a dedicated application The measurement results of the I-V curve are displayed in a graph (results from three quadrants). The sweep direction can be selected from short circuit → open circuit, open circuit → short circuit, short circuit → open circuit → short circuit, and open circuit → short circuit → open circuit. The obtained Voc, Isc, Pmax, Vpm, Ipm, FF, and temperature (optional) are logged and output in CSV format.
