International standard ISO 17357-2014 compliant, reliable air fender.
Trelleborg's air-filled fenders are high-performance fenders that efficiently absorb the impact energy generated during the berthing and mooring of vessels, protecting the hull and quay structures. Their flexible design, utilizing internal air pressure, allows them to easily follow the movements of the hull and the angle of berthing, demonstrating significant energy absorption capabilities with low reaction forces. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, including large ships, workboats, naval vessels, shipyards, and temporary mooring. Additionally, the design and manufacturing comply with ISO 17357, ensuring stable quality and high reliability. With over 50 years of proven performance in ports and marine facilities around the world, they contribute to the establishment of a safe and efficient mooring environment. Trelleborg provides consistent support, not only by supplying standard products but also by selecting the optimal fendering solutions based on vessel conditions, quay conditions, and operational requirements, as well as proposing mooring systems and providing various technical documentation.

| Model number | overview |
|---|---|
| TYPE I: Chain Tire Net Type (CTN) | The chain tire net type consists of chains arranged in a lattice pattern both vertically and horizontally, with tires mounted on the outer perimeter. By covering the fender material with the chain tire net, it protects the main body from wear and damage. The chain tire net also offers options for tire types and arrangement methods, allowing us to propose the optimal chain and tire configuration to meet your needs. |
| TYPE II: Sling type (without CTN) | The sling type is a fender that does not use a chain tire net, is lighter in weight, and utilizes fittings at both ends for lifting and towing. It is suitable for situations that require flexible operation, such as temporary mooring, inter-ship mooring, and use in limited spaces. |
