[Construction Example 54] We implemented a tile peeling prevention method and a stone-like finish!
We will introduce examples that not only ensure safety but also achieve a renewal of appearance and longevity of the building!
We would like to introduce a case study of exterior wall renovation work at the North Building of Ishibashi Junior High School, using our "Hamatex Net Anchor + Hamacast JA." The property has significant issues with the detachment of exterior wall tiles due to aging, and since the area directly below the wall serves as a passageway for students, ensuring safety through fall prevention was an urgent matter. Therefore, in addition to our tile detachment prevention method, a stone-like finish was adopted to enhance the aesthetic appeal. This work follows the construction at the South Building, ensuring not only safety but also the renewal of the exterior appearance and the longevity of the building. 【Case Overview】 ■ Product Name: Hamatex Net Anchor + Hamacast JA ■ Location: Ikeda City, Osaka Prefecture ■ Construction Area: 702m2 ■ Substrate: Porcelain Tile ■ Construction Date: February 2026 *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Since our founding in 1945, Hamacast has been creating "good things" that no one can imitate. We develop and manufacture unique exterior materials and waterproofing materials, such as high-design stone-like exterior materials that replicate natural stone and excel in weather resistance and stain resistance, as well as tile exterior wall renovation methods that are highly safe and durable. We also offer waterproofing methods that combine over 40 years of experience and achievements in complex waterproofing techniques with added insulation and durability. Furthermore, our strength lies in our "complete responsibility construction," which ensures consistent quality and performance by managing all stages of construction and aftercare. By maximizing this strength, we respond to our customers' needs by enhancing the asset value of buildings and reducing maintenance and renovation costs. Moving forward, we will continue to explore without compromise to shape the values of a new era, consistently creating "good things" for people, communities, and the environment.
